Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy Before Shipping:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us at our e-mail mentioned below. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellation may not be possible. After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Please ensure that all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

2. Return Policy

As we deal in packed food products, we currently “do not accept returns” due to health and safety standards. We advise you to carefully review your order and product information before confirming your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours, of receiving the package. Include photographs of the product, the packaging, and your order details for verification purposes.

3. Refund Policy Damaged or Incorrect Product:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or a refund as per your preference. To request this, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and order details for verification. - Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of confirmation.

Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider. Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will not be issued for any products that have been opened, tampered with, or if the issue is reported beyond the 48-hour window.

4. Important Notes:
