  • Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 Shipping times may vary based on the delivery location. Typically, orders are delivered within:

o Metro Cities: 3-7 business days

o Non-Metro and Rural Areas: 5-10 business days

 Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary slightly based on courier operations and external factors. 

3. Shipping Costs

 We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1000.

 For orders below ₹1000, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.

4. Delivery Areas

 We currently deliver throughout India. If your address is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will be notified at checkout or by our customer support team.

5. Order Tracking

 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your package in real-time through our courier partner’s website.

 If you do not receive tracking information within the estimated processing time, please reach out to us.

6. Delivery Issues and Support

- Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with our courier partners to resolve any delays or locate lost shipments.
